Sebastien is a Senior Associate on Stone Commercial’s Restaurant Real Estate team, where he focuses on helping restaurant operators and investors strategically establish, position, and optimize their locations. With extensive exposure to the food industry through both family and professional experience, he brings a strong understanding of the sector’s unique operational dynamics, site-selection considerations, and long-term growth opportunities. 

His entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in his background as the founder of an automotive brokerage business, where he built lasting client relationships and delivered measurable results through discipline, execution, and a client-first mindset. At Stone Commercial, Sebastien applies that same analytical and collaborative approach—leveraging market insight, transaction expertise, and industry fundamentals to guide clients through site selection and leasing with clarity, strategic perspective, and long-term value creation in mind. 

Outside of the office, Sebastien is an avid skier, traveler, and car enthusiast, and has recently discovered a passion for golf. His energy, curiosity, and diverse experiences bring a fresh perspective to his work and further strengthen the value he provides to clients and the Restaurant Real Estate team.
