Grace Nannini is a Senior Associate on Stone Commercial's Restaurant Real Estate team in Southern California. She didn't plan on specializing in restaurant real estate, but once she found it, there was no looking back. Two years in, she's built a reputation for showing up, figuring it out, and genuinely caring about the people she works with.

Grace works with restaurant operators and investors to navigate site selection, deal negotiations, and investment decisions, and no two days look the same, which is exactly how she likes it. Trained through Cal State Chico's competitive sales program and sharpened by some of the best in the business, she brings both the hustle and the knowledge to get deals done right.

What sets Grace apart isn't just her work ethic; it's that she actually invests in her clients' success. She takes the time to understand the vision, ask the right questions, and build strategies that hold up long after the ink dries.
