Bio:

Daniel is a Data Scientist on Stone Commercial’s Restaurant Real Estate team. His focus is to drive data-driven decision-making on both the client and broker sides by developing proprietary predictive models to identify avenues for growth, along with performing all levels of analysis, data collection, and AI integration fully in-house. With a background in Statistics and Data Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, along with various projects and experience exploring topics in machine learning integration and statistical applications, he can bring forth a holistic and analytical approach to progress technologically within the world of restaurant real estate.

His passion for learning, stepping out of his comfort zone, and work ethic are a reflection of his Armenian roots and growing up in an immigrant household. Adaptability, accountability, and authenticity are the three pillars on which he progresses every day. His adaptability allows him to adjust to the needs of the ever-changing world of technology. His Accountability drives him to continuously learn, improve, and deliver on every responsibility assigned. Above all, his authenticity ensures that he approaches his work with honesty, consistency, and reliability.

In his free time, Daniel enjoys staying active, playing tennis, soccer, or working out in the gym. The same mentality as these activities applies to his work as well, to continue to be better the next day than the day before, and to always give your 100%.
