Brett's foundation in commercial real estate runs deep — shaped by early exposure through family and industry relationships that gave him a practitioner's instincts before he ever made his first deal. Before joining Stone Commercial, he honed his skills with a high-performing national investment sales team in the Bay Area, contributing to closings across the country and developing fluency in the investment landscape at scale.
At Stone Commercial, Brett leads from the front — overseeing a team of brokers while remaining actively engaged with clients across retail, investment, and tenant representation assignments. His approach is built on genuine curiosity and a commitment to understanding what a successful transaction actually looks like for both sides of the table. He combines his investment sales background with a disciplined, goal-oriented process: understanding a client's financial objectives first, then taking a targeted approach to opportunities that actually fit.
Brett's reach extends beyond the local market — he oversees Stone Commercial's national client relationships and plays a central role in coordinating multi-market rollouts for clients expanding nationwide. That national perspective informs his approach to every assignment, whether it's a single-site deal or a complex portfolio strategy.
